I may be interested in buying an '08 F-150, and have been watching the various sales deals over the last few months. Now Ford comes out with the "Employee Pricing" gimmick. Does anyone know how this works? For example, on a $35K truck, what would the approximate Employee Price be? And do the rebates go on top of that discount price? Thanks for the help!
I can't answer your question directly but I can give you a little example.
The last time Ford did this my wife and I went out and bought her an 05 Escape. The one she wanted was loaded to the hilt: XLT, Sun Roof, Leather Seats, Upgraded Wheels, 6 Disc in Dash CD, v6 Etc. Anyway sticker on the Escape was $28k+ we drove it off the lot for $20k.
Now with that said I don't know if we got had or not, the wife showed her excitement a little to much, I was just happy that they paid off her 2002 Focus without carrying over any negative equity.
