gear question?
i have a 85 f-250 with straight axels not sure if it was factory i boughyt a 84 f-250 diesel frame with IFS will the gears from the ifs axel fit in my straight axel??

Not likely. The straight front axle is probably a D60 and the biggest IFS front axle was a D50 which uses a ring gear similar to a D44. The 85 may also have a sterling 10.25 rear where as the 84 may have a D60 rear.
