Hey everyone I was wondering where I could get some cab lights for my 2000 F250. It did not come with any and I was wondering how hard it would be to install them. I am looking for the regular orange ones.
Thanks.
nerves of steel. thats what it takes to drill 5 7/8 holes in your roof. oh and 10 bolt holes. I bought mine from one of the companies on here, millennium ford. price with 5 lights and the harness for my 2007 was $62.55 and $10. for ups
I installed mine in a couple of hours by my self. I have never measured, remeasured, and remeasured that much in my 40+ years

HIIIJACKKKKKK in progress.
And apparently Chevrolet S10 Crew Cabs. No kidding, passed a 2002-2003 2WD S10 Crew Cab with clearance lights on the interstate today. I'm not sure I could have not have fit the truck in the bed of my LWB F350 CC.
I am quite certain that the S10's roofline did not top my mirrors.
I can honestly say I chuckled to myself for at least 2 miles over the sight of that.
Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Reason: grammar

Props to you for wanting to put them in yourself. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and really wish I had some on mine, but I just can find the testicular fortitude to do it myself. There is something inherently wrong with cutting holes in a roof...like jumping outta perfectly good airplane. I've read threads on alot of members doing it themselves with great success. I know if I tried it, Murphy would rear his ugly head. Good luck with it and post some pics when it is done.
I put them on myself it really not that hard to do! i just went to that local dealer and they had them in stock just tell them if you have the center roof console and the dealer that i got them from printed out a install sheet and it tells you all the measurements just make sure you use a hole saw bit and not just a standard drill bit because it WILL grab the sheetmetal and rip it all up!! found that out the hard way!
