hs anyone ever herd of cutting out the back wall of a regular cab ranger building a box and placing a sealed sub box inside it, thinking of going with 2 alpine type E's 10's

Someone sugested that I did that to my truck, that would take a realy good welder and I bet you would have to somehow connect the bed and cab together since they shift so much. Sound like to much trouble to me. In my town our local sound shop has a truck with a huge sub box in the bed, you can hear the thing tru buildings(although it is a convertable pickup). Of course you could make a sub box with a pad on top so you can use it as a seat too.

thats called a walk through and its a common pratice on show trucks. give www.termpro.com a try and search the boards for this topic cuz im not to familiar with it. also u could check the boards for making a truck box for behind ur seats. i know there is a site that sells slim line boxes...i cant remember it tho.
