Front ABS senor disconnect?

I'm perry sure that my front ABS senors (one or both) are going/have gone bad. I want to disconnect them at the hub. Does anyone know of any consiquences other that the front ABS not working and having the ABS warning light come on? Everything should still work, I just don't want to fry the system or anything like that.

You won't fry the system. If that were the case, the system would fry every time a sensor went bad.
