changing paint color on title??
something ive sort of wondered, is on washington state titles, it says the color of the car, if i painted it a different color, would i have to have my title changed to say the color of paint??
like, if i had a green truck, and it was painted black, would i have to get the title changed to say black?
and if so does any one know the process of doing this???
