Upgrades to Stock system
I have a 2002 F150 Lariat Supercrew cab 4x4 with the "Entertainment System" and have two questions:
1) Can you upgrade the sound to the existing system keeping the same head unit so that the controls for the VCR still work? (e.g adding a subwoofer running off the same deck, but its own amp then reducing the bass to the existing speakers so that they act as mids/tweets?)
2) Can the VCR be replaced by a DVD player that will run off the same voltage (I'm assuming its not a 110v plug)? If so, does someone know what make/model I can use?

Oh and as my dad says "You spent $35k on a pickup!!!"
