If you are looking for something newer, a T5 will with an adapter. John Mummert has one for trucks. Otherwise it's the original equipment 4sp manual with granny, or the 3sp auto. Do a search here or in the Y-block forum for threads with the same questions. OR, you can make your own adapter if yer so inclined - and if you go that route, let me know as I'm am thinking of a T-19 adapter!
