dropped axle problems

I suppose if you use the earlier spindle and brake you could use the earlier axle.

my truck has stock spindals hubs and drums but the hubs and drums are redrilled for car pattern 5 on 4 1/2 instead of 5 on 5 1/2 i just dont wanna redrill anythind else its a pain in the but to get the pattern just right but thanks for the help

Nice rounder Steve....
I have been in Steves truck at ludicrous speed......It handles very well and is scary fast..
The 57 to 60 has the same spring perch width and will need the early 57 to 60 spindles and backing plates. The hub and drums will interchange. It will also only give about 1 inch of drop. as the axle king pins are lower on the 57 to 60 axle.
Not much benifit there.
