Vibration when taking off

Vibration when taking off
Hello to all, I am a first time user to this site and was wondering if anyone could help me!?
I have a 2001 F-250 PSD and I started to notice a vibration in the rear end when I was taking off. It happened when I took off and turned and was not that bad, now it is getting worse especially when I turn and take off. I understand that it may be the universal joints but am not sure if that is it.
It seems to not happen or is not that bad when I take off straight only when I turn and take off. If anyone has any info on this I would really appreciate any help!
