It looks as if I have a lot of reading to do. I honestly don't understand how you guys and gals can post so much in a week.
The trip to and from Oklahoma was uneventful, except for having to abandon the truck in favor of a tornado shelter at the paintball field as we were leaving. The shelter was actually a 40 year old British APC. There were about 20 of us crammed in there for about 45 minutes.
Speaking of tornados, the younger brother of one of the guys in my unit was at the Boy Scout camp that was hit. He was beaten, and bruised, but other wise unhurt, his best friend, though, was killed.
It rained on us all week and the whole field was a mud pit. The high point was when the 60 year old armored half track got stuck. There was a brand new 350 and two 250s hooked up and we just powered him out of the hole he was in. I was beautiful.
Glad to be home, and I hope to make it to the next G2G
There you are. Figured you were busy, otherwise you'd be here giving me crap right back! Hey, have you checked out that thread about the national rally in the general description forum? I've PM fte Ken about that. I'm just wondering how the one they had in '05 in Kansas City went. That would be great if they'd have another. Can't afford to go to the F100 meets.
