MPG reflash victim/Dummy terms
I'm wondering if i have fallen victim to a loss of mpg's due to a recent reflash??? My truck was in the shop for an oil & coolant leak and had the HG's replaced and a reflash b/c i told them it it had started to blow white smoke on the first start up of the day. I was getting around 17 -18 mpg's before and since getting the truck back i'm running around 16 - 16.5, could this be the case or just a bizarre coincidence????
And second, is there anyone out there that could put this into layman's terms for me? This is what my receipt included:
"46378 370 CHECKED FOR CODES, KOEO ON DEMAND, PASSED, LOEO CMDTCS, PASSED, KOER ON DEMAND, PASSED, KOER GLOW PLUG TEST PASSED, NO LOSS OF COOLANT, RAN ON OASIS, PROGRAMMED PCM PER TSB -7-05-04"
Just curious what all those abbreviations mean!!
