Whats the differences in a core support from an 87 without Air conditioning and one from the same year but with air conditioning? There is a post on craigslist with one for sale cheap but says without A/C and was wondering if possibly I could fabricate it up if I bought it since mine has Air.
I been wanting to do the front clip upgrade but havnt been able to find a core support from a diesel...I do find a lot of nice clips from gassers, I want to take one off and buy it and just swap out core supports..

The diesel core support is not available from any place I have found.
Mine was broken in an accident last year, so when the rain stops for an entire weekend I am going to rebuild the one I have.
Gasser radiator supports are available, but the radiator is about 6" shorter on the bottom.
I was looking at extending the loop under the radiator.
But looking at the fabrication to do that, I think it would be easier to rebuild the drivers side frame mount on the one I have.
