Thought I would make my first post now. I came here because I want to learn about cars (specifically fords) and be able to hold a conversation with my brother and his friends. Now, my brother is no automotive genius, but he knows a lot more about it than I do. I have actually been browsing for quite awhile just trying to get my bearings straight, so my first isn't really the first time I have been here. Right now I have an '03 Expedition 5.4L 4x4 Eddie Bauer Edition. So far all I have done with it is add new speakers and a subwoofer (I wouldn't have done any of that had my drivers side front speaker not blown out). From what I have read on here, I have noticed that many people get a CAI system on their truck. I have also seen some people that have a different muffler on their car. I definitely have to do more research and don't want to rush into it, but I would like to do some of these modification on my own truck. I would love the added power and the mpg (although some haven't noticed any, but some have) increase that they would bring. So this is my formal hello. Hopefully I will gain enough knowledge to make informed decisions regarding my Expedition and be able to hold my own in a conversation with fairly knowledgeable auto enthusiasts.
