factory RSS install
i dont get it, the wire is in the dash, the parking aid disable switch, i have it!! here is a diagram, and i DO have the connector, but i dont have RSS option... anyone else look into this

I ended up installing a back up camera instead. Came with a 3.5 in color screen. Mounted screen above rear view mirror and hooked up all the wiring to only power camera and monitor only when shift is in reverse. everything then shuts off when shift is anywhere but reverse. Thought that camera would be better option and was only 90 bucks and some free time to wire it. The camera will also be better if you have a trailer that you have to hook up alone. Let me know if you want and I can get pictures. Did this when I was on vacation so didn't get pictures during the install but can go backwards and get them.
