You're right about ebay. I've been keeping an eye on that, trying to find a new toy and it should be e-bay new priced motors, not e-bay motors...

 

Where you located? Got one from a 78 F250 in Durham I need gone fast for it's out of the truck. Cheap! I'll call it a core. Sold oil pan and it didn't have an intake manifold but rest is there.

How about $40 then... Thing is though, it is out in the weather. I pulled it about a month ago. I can send pics if interested? Have no idea the history. The heads were pulled when I got it. At least the heads are stored in the cab.

I'm in "need" of a couple of parts for my '74 F-250. Upper tailgate trim and a nicer, but stock steering wheel. The steering wheel doesn't have to have the woodgrain insert, but needs to be driver quality and complete. I'm located in Elizabeth City. Thanks.

 

I am the proud new owner of a Windsor V-8. The previous owner stated that it needed some carb work. He seemed like an honest guy, I spoke to him for about 2 hours on 2 different days. I intend on putting the ending on the marketplace. I'm located in Cary if you want to come out and take a look. I'll be parting out most everything not used in the donor truck. A windsor and a 400 are completely different, nothing interchanges between the 2 including the bellhousing.

 

Well...not that this makes a difference, I have the transmission/entire drivetrain. So maybe it could work for @ubereal2

77mud is right though, if you have Windsor stuff (Small Block) it won't work. But if what you have is from 3511M/400, your are somebody that I do want to meet.

I sent a guy a message and he has what your looking for, he is here in NC.

Now for the downside.... the stuff is in storage just outside of Salisbury, he said almost 3 hours from Asheville. However he stays near the outer banks and doesn't know when he will be back that way for sure. I didn't ask a price, but he has all ways been fair with them for what I've seen.
