Another Mod
Started the "Foil Delete" mod Sunday after getting home from work and took Monday off to finish. Picked up some Ford Blue engine paint before starting and finished early Monday afternoon. A better sound coming from the exhaust, can't wait for new MBRP (any benefits to muffler delete beside sound?). Ordered the S&B cold air intake today, probably take only a short time to install that once it comes in.

Didn't get a chance yesterday as it started to rain when I was putting the last clamps on. If I can get home from work before dark I'll snap some, otherwise I can get them over the weekend since I don't have a strict work schedule then, only have to get the job done!

That foil is a pain isn't it. Nice that you got er cleaned up, paint does wonders for those tubes. I also got the S-B cold air box and been happy with mine. Just take your time with the install and you'll be good. Your going to love the MBRP exhaust. Good luck with the install.

Well I am going to do the foil delete tomorrow hopefully, I gotall my boots off and cleaning them I started to put the cold side back and man I remember why I dislike it heh they can be a pain ;-p. Hope you did your CCV while you was in there, get us some pictures of your painted IC pipes.

Looks nice!!!!!!! To answer your ? from above about muffler delete. I might give you sliiiightly better flow, but not really a difference, most of the mufflers don't block much airflow, only change the sound. A powerstroke sounds MEATY with straight piped exhaust! You'll love it! Your whole engine bay looks better with that blue! Reps!
