I have a few questions, nothing urgent, more for proper planning and research than anything else right now. I'm considering a Dana 60 Swap into a 96 F-250HD, 460, E4OD What I'm looking to do is swap to F-350 Springs along with it. Questions are as follows. (Yes I've read the write up on this site about the Dana 60 Swap)
1. Will F-350 Springs (which I've noticed are curved opposite of my F-250 Springs) swap into the same brackets.
2. I'm looking into going with a King Pin D60 (What I've read on here seems to tell me that King Pins are more sturdy than their ball joint counterparts) Does anyone seem to know a year range where King Pin Dana 60's were used WITHOUT having to relocate the spring perches if possible (I thought a few of the late 80's, early 90's used them but I'm not entirely sure.)
This at the moment is purely for my own edification I'm doing the swap. Right now I'm just going through the motions of getting my ducks in a row so I can get to it once the funds are available. Thanks in advance for whatever help yall can give me
