Stock air filter help!

Wen I bought my 03 Excursion PSD, the previous owners but in a AEM Brute Force air intake. I want to put thestock filter back in, because I think the filter isn't filtering much. do have some questions about how to install the stock intake.

This is what I have:

The hose that comes out of the filter housing, where does this hook up to?:

The hole in the back of the filter housing, what goes there?:

The hole that is in the intake tube, what goes there?:

And how does the air filter gauge get plumbed?

Any help would be very useful and very appreciated.

No where, just tuck it out of the way

This is for the filter minder

Mass air flow sensor, move it from the AFE intake

And how does the air filter gauge get plumbed?

It fits into the back of the filter.

Any help would be very useful and very appreciated.

Hope that answers your questions.

Here's some pics that may help. There should be a hole for the hose in your radiator support behind the PS reservoir.

I'll post in spite of that 'blue 48' in the background! Blasphemy!!

The hose passes through the firewall just above the main intake.

The small hole in the housing is for the Filter Minder gauge which tells you when the filter needs changing.

The hole nearest the turbo is for the CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) tube, I believe. The CCV insert has a 45 degree angle which faces the turbo inlet.

The factory Donaldson PowerCore air filter is blue synthetic media, the regular paper media is white. Open it up and see what's in there.

How does the filter minder go in? And my MAS is square, so it could be for that hole in the hose (I think).

Also where would they have put the CCV hose after they installed the AEM? I can see a loose hose anywhere.

I use to like Jimmy when he was a local racer kid, but that Lowe's sponsorship killed it for me... I hate Lowe's. Jimmy is still OK when he gets back in the neighborhood, but I just don't follow (him in) NASCAR...
