Frame Paint

Hi

Does anyone out there know of a different paint suitable for frames such as POR - 15? Anyother products which don't quite cost as much and are easier to find.

Hey man just a friendly suggestion, check out the paint and body forums here, there is TONS of info on frame paint and how to do it and stuff!

Ive actually read(or seen on tv) that the eastwood stuff is one of the best out there.

I am currently rebuilding my '91 f-250 and while i had the frame stripped down i had it sandblasted for about a hundred bucks and bought a can of that por-15 for about 50 bucks, coated it before the frame started to rust again, then spray painted the whole thing with black rustoleum paint when it taked up, Turned out awesome.

preppypyro, the Eastwood stuff is awesome. I learned from Jag guys that needed something to keep the windshield frames from rusting out, and they use chassis black because it works so well.
