Fixing leak in AC pipe

Fixing leak in AC pipe
My 92 van has what looks like a small leak in a pipe going to the back AC unit(green dye colour at site of leak). My question is can I fix the rusty hole in the pipe or do I have to put a new pipe in to the rear. I'm just wondering if anyone has used something to patch this type of pipe .
