Door lock cylinders
How do you disassemble the door lock cylinders? My key hasn't worked in either door since I bought the truck, unless there is a secondary key for the door.. anyway, I'm thinking about removing the cylinders, disassembling them, removing the tumblers and re-installing them. hopefully I could be able to finally lock my truck... BTW, the truck is a 95 f-150

I did this on a bronco, very easy. All my door keys were differant, i was able to make them all the same, first attempt. I hada key for one, that helped. Once you get them out, you can see how to take it apart. All it is is a spring, with a number of pins on the end, all i did was match the number of pins to the spots on the key. IE the lowest spot on the key had 4 pins, the highest had 1 and so one, just rearange the pins to match the key. hopefully you have enough, i did. I think there are 5 springs. Took me longer to get panels off then to fix locks, but worth it to have one key to do everything again.

I removed the cylinder from my truck, but I cannot figure out how to get the cylinder apart to get to the tumblers. Anyone have a pic? I got it to turn with my key and a small screw driver.. key half way in.
