OK, This apparently is the hardest manifold I have ever removed. I got all the bolts out and still can not get it off.. Did a search, but I guess no one else has had such a simple problem. I removed the rods and Is there anything else holding it together after the bolts are removed. I am gonna pull the heads off and havng a hard time. I am frustrated...anything would be helpful...
First, how many bolts on each side did you remove? There should be 4, the back two are lower and behind. I had to actually pry mine loose, also it is very heavy, approximately 85# so it isn't going to just "come loose".
I have had a few in the bone yard be seriously stuck on there. Be sure there are no more bolts left. I have then used a flat chisel between the head and intake to get it to pop free on one side.
Maybe 70+ lbs. Enough to make your ***** leave the room whilest lifting.
And for more meaningless FE trivia the tunnelport intake has 12 bolts.
OOOHHH Just rub it in why don't you... hold on lemme open this wound some more while you grab the salt LMAO!!!! I so want to see that Genesis gerbil in the Cat soon man!! Thats gonna be one sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeT *** ride!!!
