Have you checked the fluid level in the resevoir? Are ther any visible leaks at the master or under the transmission. You could have a master cylinder going bad or a bad slave cylinder (bad). if the slave is bad its pull the transmission time to R&R along with the new clutch etc.
You can check the master to see if there is an external leak on the firewall or one back into the cab. Check this one by pulling the carpet back to see if there is any evidence of a leak. a lot of time it will just leak internally so it wont show.
If the resevoir is staying full suspect a bad master. Go ahead and R&R but be prepared for the slave to follow shortly after. Both are weekend level jobs if you have mech ability or a couple of friends that do and maybe a 6 pack or 2 will ease the pain.
