My truck is a 6.9 diesel and a 3/4 ton, both my front and rear leaf springs are bad, on the back I have a couple leafs broken and on the front there very saggy. I would like to get a set of back ones first and maybe use both sets to make one heavy duty set. Can I use any leaf spring off a ford? Also Id like to use a set that have the overload support on them...What trucks can I look at to know what will work on mine. Oh yeah mine is 4x4...
Any 4x4 spring will work. They have 3 inch wide springs. The 2wd trucks have 2 1/2" wide springs. Don't think the front springs being arched upward means they are bad. The stock front springs came like that. Usuallly the bushings in the front springs are the main culprit for sagging.
Thanks Dave...I will get to checking the bushings in the front...As for the back leafs how many leafs would you recommend me adding? I plan on using my truck for some hauling like gravel and dirt in the future...Should I add the Overload Springs also?

You are correct, the springs on the f250 4x4 are bent CCD stock. If you had them bent CCU the camber situation would probably be out of control with the TTB.
And I would bet on it being sterling 10.25 in the rear and dana 50 in the front...
If you are going to be replacing anything, I'd say while you are there, go ahead and put some overloads back there.
I love mine. No matter what the load, this thing does not droop. Things like lawmowers or four-wheelers don't even affect it, period. A full load of wood brings it down a couple of inches. I don't know what I'd do without mine.
