Not sure where but I was reading a contract you can print out between you and your source, anyone have that? Im getting ready to start soon and thought I might look into this end of it a little further. What if the source backs out to someone else because he`s doin his sister ,then you are left with no one

Hanklin in all seriousness...i've been doing a search over the web and cant find a copy of an actual contract, but a lot of the biodiesel boards mention such a contract.
if you cant find one i would for SURE write up somethin to protect you and the supplier. just remember if you for some reason stop making bio you still gotta be pickin up that oil from him every day, week or whatever setup yal have! ha ha unless your contract states somethin different.
I don't know where to find the contract either, but if you write one yourself make sure you have something like "For and in consideration of the sum of $1..." where he agrees to sell you his oil for the duration of the contract length. That will be the key to enforcing the contract. You will have already purchased all his waste oil so he would be giving away "your" oil.
