hey guys, i got in a minor accident a little while ago and nothing appeared to be wrong, so after everything was settled and everything i noticed that when ever i turned to the right my driver side tire would rub on the front bumper, not the air-dam(valance, what ever that plastic thing is) on the bottom but on my chrome metal bumper. I get out and i noticed that the drivers side of the bumper is like 2 inches lower than the passenger side. heres a pic so you can see
so i was trying to figure out, is the drivers side low, or is the passenger side high? Either way do you think that its possible for me to fix this by myself?
i work in an auto repair shop but not an auto body shop, and have access to pretty much any tool there is. so if anybody can help me out id appreciate it a lot.
thanks
Looks like the left side (driver side) bumper is to low. But then it also looks like the right side wheel is straight but the left side is pointed out in the front. Might be optical illusion, but thats what it looks like in the picture.

What he said ....
The bumper looks to be bent inward on the left side also ,,,
yeah the alignment is a little messed right now, but im getting that fixed, but is the bumper mount adjustable? i cant believe i havent even looked to see if it is
It depends on what was tweeked. You can adjust the bumpers up and down, in and out with shims. If up and down adjustment is not enough, you might have to remove the bumper and ream some holes out. But you want to try and straighten out (or replace)anything that is bent prior to adjusting. Your alignment also might be part of the issue, but the bumper is definatly out to.
hey thanks guys i got it all fixed up not i unbolted the main bumper bolts, two on each side and slide the drivers side up, all the bolts were hand loose too kinda scary, and now the drivers side is only an 8th of an inch lower than the passenger
thanks!
