What leaks, the cap? The metal to rubber areas held by clamps? The Evap system?

Don't fill it all the way till you get this fixed.

im almost sure its in evap problem , im going to change the check valve in the gas tank and reroute a hose all the way to the charcoal cannister just to make sure ihave a no pinch lines or messed up or britle hoses , but like i said it leaks thru gas cap only when its 100 plus degress weather , i make a right and gas goes thru gas cap , i dont even touch the cap and you can hear the hissing , like gas evap trying to get out anywhere . now, is it true that those pressure valves dont get messed up at all , ? thats what a friend at ford told me , please comment or if you got any more info , please let me know thanx!

Tried a new cap? It might be ok for vacuum, but not pressure, esp liquid?

The gas may be trying to expand due to the high temperature... As for why it's leaking out, I'm afraid I don't have a clue.
