85 Ranger 4WD 2.3 EFI

Bought it new in Jan. 85. 126,000 miles +/- It's no thing of beauty inside or out. 5 speed t/k trans If anybody is interested, it'll go cheap - I need to get it out of here.

My truck: (has been on the front page)
1997 Ford F-350 Superduty. 7.3 L Powerstroke. Dual rear wheels. Long bed, crew cab. Receiver hitch and gooseneck ball (folds in by removing one bolt.) There's an electric brake controller and three connectors, one in the bed, and two on the bumper-ish. Dura-liner with four side pop-up tie-downs. Five-speed transmission is my downfall as the clutch is a heavy one. Mileage is 57,000 miles. Let me say that again. Mileage is 57,000 miles. I'm the second owner. The first owner bought it to haul her horse trailer, as did I. Oh, it has K&N filters, too. When I had the pre-purchase check-out, the mechanic could not believe it. Custom two tone silver over blue. Blue interior.

In dash, there's a Kenwood AM/FM/CD/Sirius (working) receiver. Under the center section of the seat is a 4X50 watt RMS power amp which keeps the sound clean. Original 6 speaker system. I have a custom fit dash mat that has been on it ever since I bought the truck.

If I had to tell you a fault, it would be that the rubber fingers in the drink holders have sort of collapsed and I use cozeys to fill the gap. And, although the original user (49,000 mi.) was not a smoker, my wife and I are. Sorry.

I need an automatic. I'd like to still have a tow vehicle. I'm in a suburb of San Diego, CA. Does anyone have a trade or some cash so I can buy a different truck? Just as a guideline, I paid $14K for it a year and a half ago with 10K less miles.

Thanks for the bandwidth,
John
John,
I sent you an email but I do have a 4WD 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I could offer up, 5.2 L V8 Automatic with a tow package. It isn't near as heavy as an F350 but it may suit your needs. I bought the vehicle new. I'm in El Cajon...

Aloha, I am in need of an instrument cluster cover or the plastic piece that covers the instrument panel, ashtray and radio. I really don't know the proper name, but that's as close as I can descripe it. It is a 1994 Ranger XLT.

thincat

My '97 F-350 is gone. Got $10K on a trade. Not great, but ok.

Smile Mazda

Aloha gang, I went to the junk yard yesterday and they had a 1994 Mazda truck in. The body was pretty messed up but in inside was in great condition. I bought the instrument panel cover and it fit perfectly.
Thank you,
Czara

bought truck with 150000 on tranny and blown 460, replaced motor with a used one, engine blew 30k miles later, when bought, previos owner said tranny had an over haul at 135k miles, no leaks, shifts smooth, tranny is dirty with oil from motor, not the trans!!! tranny spill on the ground in pix is from the dipstick tube, i broke it on removal.... pick up only in so cal, t-case works great, tranny also comes with wiring harness and front drive shaft..... when sold, buyer to pick-up at my residence only in 92345 zip code

2000 F150 XLT 5.4 Lifted

alright boys and girls, we all know how the gas prices here in so cal are RIDICULOUS...this and some debts is forcing me, unfortunetly, to sell my baby. I've got a 2000 f150 its got a lot of extras, i wont post pics here cuz i have plenty in my gallery, but ill list the mods for you even though most are in my signiture..
so the truck is priced right now at $11,000
xlt with the 5.4L v8, 85,000 miles
automatic transmission
has a hard fiberglass bed cover thats lockable and color matched with the truck which is silver,
lifted 6 inches with a FABTECH lift,
17 inch procomp steel stamped black powder coated wheels,
35 inch remington all terrains,
custom spintech exhaust (sounds GREAT!),
thats all for the outside, now for the inside
great sound system,
an Alpine IDA-X001 head unit built specifically for an ipod, so if you dont have an ipod ill keep that head unit and throw in the stock one that has a CD player and radio,
2 10 inch Powerbass sub woofers (under rear seats)
two 5 1/4 inch powerbass midranges (front doors)
2 clarion 5x7 inch midranges (rear doors)
two 1 inch powerbass tweeters in front doors
its got power everything, currently the door locks arent working, but i can either knock some off the price, or get them fixed for anyone who wants the truck,
it has a Carbine alarm that also does keyless entry soon as i get it fixed,
it has like a 2000 foot range and multiple settings, its a great alarm system.
I thinks that all there is to say about the truck, if you have any questions shoot me a PM, price, $11,000, is semi-negotiable so ill see what i can do.
Thanks guys and girls sorry its a long post, and remember to check out my gallery for pics.

so i decided im not going to sell my truck (listed in the post just above this one), so...dont make an offer! i realized i loved it to much and would never be satisfied with a small economic car that gets 20-30 mpgs...just not my style at all...long live the V8!!

2002 F350 7.3 has to go

The reason for selling my baby is because i have the opportunity of buying a Hummer H1. Owning a h1 has always been a dream set goal of mine.

I didn't buy this truck to sell it and make money out of it. It has a salvage title (theft recovery). I bought it at an auction and when I got it, it had a busted ignition switch, no rear seat and no front middle foldup seat. I replaced the seats and fixed the ignition and has been good to me ever since.

Its registered in California and plates are good till October of 2008. This couldn't of happened if the CHP didn't inspect it first.

- 8" Donahoe Racing lift
- Donahoe Racing dual steering stabilizers
- Donahoe Racing rear mono shocks
- Fox Racing dual front shocks w/ reservoirs (4 shocks total in front)
- Doetsch dual shock hoop
- Extended drive shaft
- Donahoe Racing adjustable trac bar
- Oasis finned rear differential cover
- 4.56 Precision Gear differential gears, front and rear
- 38x15.50x20 Toyo Mud Terrain Tires
- 20x10 Moto Metal 951 wheels
- Train Horns (very loud) with 5 gal air tank and viar 380 air compressor
- Rhino Liner bed liner
- AMP Power steps
- Front bumper light bar with four 8" ProComp 130 lights
- Optima batteries
- Silverstar headlight bulbs
- New ITP sensor
- New CPS sensor
- Recently changed motor, differentials and tranny oils.
- Just changed fuel and 6637 air filter
- Alarm with pager

I will even leave my 1 month old Pioneer Avic D3 head unit with box and the 2 new dvd navi disks and remote control.

The lift, tires, wheels, amp steps and gears were all installed at the same time and have about 6k miles on them. e-mail me for more info @ drbalazo@hotmail.com

Im thinking $23k. Like I said, i am not looking to make money out of this deal and I know I am not getting back what i put in it. I am open to any reasonable offer.
