hey there guys I'm new here and I was just wondering what type of mods I should do to my truck. I don't have very much money to spend and I was wondering what would be the most worth while. oh and hi my name is Logan.
thanks allot guys. I've been reading about the 6637 mod. my question is how exactly does it replace your air filter. I have the stock air filter system with a K&N air filter inside it. I was just wondering whicch would be better

You better keep that K&N filter oiled well or the turbo will suck it dry allowing dirt to pass through and dust your turbo wheel. The first thing you should do is get rid of the K&N and do the 6637. Probaly cost less then one of those small stock replacement K&Ns. Trust me, this should be your FIRST mod.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ What Robin Said!!!!!
what everbody above said......and also consider changing over to synthetic oil, it's muuuuch better for the truck! And clean out that EBPS valve (exhaust back pressure sensor) that should help out your mpg's a bit. Welcome to FTE!
What everyone else said. muffler delete is pretty cheap and will give you a little more performance. Ditch the K&N before you have to replace turbos too. The 6637 is by far better than K&N. Other cheap mods CCV mod will reduce intake restriction.

Don't think I would even take my truck to church today with a K & N air filter.
you can go to NAPA and get the 6637 for $45-50 bucks, or FleetFilter.com and look up the 46637 for $28.29 plus shipping, same filter. It only includes the filter itself, you'll probably wanna go with a small piece of 4" exhaust pipe, or PVC to attach it securely to your intake tube.
