Pull the belt off. Spin each pulley by hand and see if any accessories bad.

another check you can do is have the motor running and spray around the intake with brake cleaner and listen for a noise difference to see if you have a intake leak.

is there a similar check i could do to see if the air pump is going bad? im not sure where its located
