That would be the Ford toploader. You can scour the yards for one that will pop out of gear, or pay up.

BTW, the later model 4 speed OD toploader is built on the same pattern, but is not as strong. No way the OD will hold up to a big inch motor.
You will also want to be sure to get the wide ratio, 2.78 first gear box.
