oil leak

I have an oil leak on my 2000 7.3L. It is coming from directly under the HPOP. I thought it was the HPOP, so I replaced it. Unfortunately that wasn't it. Does the front cover have pressure right there? When I turn off the engine it still leaks for about 30 secs.

Oh man...you replaced the HPOP and you didn't need to?

That sucks. Stick around the guru's will be by shortly and get you on the right track.

Did you replace the gasket that seals the HPOP to the front cover?
