Sweet! What's the deal on that Torino? I found one just like it in the junkyard that I mentioned on my previous post in this forum. I know the Torino itself isn't a rare vehicle but it appears this one is (the honeycomb trim on the rear deck lid....?)

The place is called Saunders Cars and the number is 803-266-4301. The place is out in the middle of nowhere. Good Luck!!!
It wouldn't be fair if I didn't list my personal favorite place to kick back, walk around, and waste a day.
Hilltop auto wreckers, 20K south of Peace River AB. The old trucks are 3 rows in, bottom right. I almost pulled a Pontiac Chieftan with a straight 8 out of there last summer, than remembered I had a truck to finish first. Almost everything is pre-80's, it's an amazing collection. Unfortunately their are less and less old Fords everytime I go back, I hope they're going to good homes.
Hey Oildrop, nice to see another feller from GP on here....I too have spent a full day on two separate occasions out at Hilltop Auto Wreckers. The site supervisor (Rob) knows where every thing is two. Tell him what your looking for and he will tell you exactly where to find it.
The Auction in Sherwood Park looks interesting and I'd hate to miss it but if I went, I wouldn't have any room in the yard for my current project and I'd spend my summer hauling stuff home instead of fixing the one I got.
My son stopped by this place on Monday and he says the guy has an F-5 for $500.00 that is missing a carburetor. Not sure of condition or the year. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone is interested.
