Paint and Body work

Hi all.

I just got my truck back from the body shop after some kid ran a stop sign.Well anyway they repainted the whole left side of the bed.The paint color matches excellent and the orange peel is even close to factory.My concern is that they painted over the factory stick on rock protector film on the bottom of rear quarter panel.Should I be concerned ? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

If they used adhesion promotor over it and cleaned it good no concern. I have seen this done, and did it myself, about 40 times by now and all are holding up good.
