Prank...
.. thanks yall
Basically what you have to do is get a 12v horn from a junk yard or somewhere and wire it up to the trailer lights. Its too bad that you can't make it just work on the turn signal, but that requires extra work... So see if he has a 4-pin or 7-pin trailer hookup, get the pinout for the appropriate connection, and wire it up. The thing that you are going to have to be creative with is hiding the wires, since the hookup is likely on the bumper. The car that I did this to was an explorer and the connector was dangling under the spare tire, so it wasn't noticeable... Also, be careful and be smart. You don't want a horn flying off the back of this dudes truck when he is going down the freeway, so use zip-ties.
Examples of other pranks I've done in this ongoing prank war:
-zip ties on the drive line (camaro)
-chads in the defrost vent (f350). Thousands of chads.
-horn was on an exlporer
-Tied towing hook to fence post with tie down (silverado.) Don't do this unless your sure that the pole is strong and your not going to break anything. Don't repeat American Graffiti. Actually, just dont do this one.
-Duct taped bouncy ball to tire. (explorer)
-put a juice bottle (that was put in my truck bed for whatever reason) on exhaust manifold. (explorer.)
-zip-tied silicone bra inserts to grille (explorer.) The guy left this one on for almost a week before noticing!
-pulling fuses. Normally this is just stupid, but if you pull the one that provides power to the tranny to make it shift, yeah.... thats a good one.
Just be careful, think of the consequences of what you are going to do ahead of time, and be aware that it never ends...
Have tried limburger cheese on the exhaust system. Didn't work because the guy found out about it, but it's supposed to work pretty good.

I had a buddy pulling pranks on me..
I bought a bunch of zip-ties and zip-tied his drive shaft. I put some in obvious places and hid the rest out of sight on his shaft..... I still dont think he has found em all yet lolol
Had another guy come back to his truck to find his seats up-bolted from the cab and sitting in the bed of his truck
Its really easy to change out the ignition cylinder (I can change mine out in less than 3 secs, turn the key, push in pin in and it comes right out) I took my old one and swapped it out in my buddies truck so his key wouldnt work.
Hope those help....
the next Monday when i went back to work, i opened the hood on a certain persons Chevy van, and wedged the frozen "trophy" between the exhaust manifold and head on said van.
it took him 3 weeks to find the "trophy", and by the time he found it, it was a burnt up crisp.
but boy did it stink to high heaven once it warmed up!!
it took the better part of 3 months to get rid of the smell completely.
after he replaced the van with a blazer, i started letting air out of the driver side rear tire every Friday afternoon before he left work. this went on for 6 months before i decided he had enough.
