tdc cam shaft is off timing
The crank is set with the key up, and the cam's dot is aligned with the crank, but the rotor is not pointing to cyl #1. Its pointing to the middle of the dash.
do i turn the cam clockwise until rotor point to cylinder #1, and the dot aligns with the crank. Then should I remove #1 spark plug to see if it at TDC.
