Need more towing power

I have a STOCK 1998 F250 4X4 (5.4 Triton) that I use to pull a small toy-hauler camper.

I want MORE performance…. And I’m looking for an alternative to buying a 7.3 Turbo Diesel.

What complete, bolt-on turbo/blower are folks installing?

Thank you!

Check out a ProCharger kit. They're Ford Truck friendly.

Generally, supercharger manufacturers lower the tow rating when adding a blower. The ratings don't go up.

Are they afraid of continued boost for long pulls? Unlike a race car that only gets it for seconds at a time.

I had a Vortech on my '96 F350/460 dually and pulled a 40ft trailer with it. I think the ol 460 is a different animal compared to the mod motor.
