Door on new Econoline.
Recently I purchased a new Econoline "Traveler" Van. After a trip to Florida through some heavy down pours I noticed the carpet on the drivers side was soaked from water getting in somewhere. After a solid week of looking and talking to the dealership about it I finally found it (myself) that the top door hinge had no assembly bolts in it. The door was hanging on by the bottom hinge only. The water was coming in through the bolt holes wher no bolts were present. So watch out!
