Help, Engine wont start 6.4 (edge evolution)

Help, Engine wont start 6.4 (edge evolution)

I installed the "Edge Evolution" Chip four days ago into my 2008 F250 6.4 Litre. Everything was fine 24.8 mpg. Today, I change the setting from mileage to extreme. I did not wait to it was finished loading the settings, by accident. The motor turned over for 10 seconds and now it want even try to start or turnover. I attempted to reload the factory settings twice and would not let me do anything. I notice a anti-theft alarm flashing on dash. I even unhooked the negative side of both batteries for a hour with no sucess. PLease can anybody help, Technical support for edge will not be in till Monday.

Wow that mileage is awesome is that hand calculated or by the lie-o-meter?

They can obtain the factory program for your truck and reflash the PCM and reprogram all your keys if nessesary. They may spend some time trying to figure out what happened though...

With the help of Edge the truck is up and running. I have only owned the edge for about a week and by far I am no expert. It does have a feature that prompts you to enter your tire size. I am unaware of anything regarding gear ratio that I have seen so far.
