Codes-12-311-332 Problem Solved
Initially codes 311- Thermactor inoperative during KOER bank 1., and 332- EGR flow insufficient popped up. But then a few days later code 12-Unable to reach proper RPM during test. Popped up also. So I started testing suspect sensors, and systems. The first bad sensor I located was the EGR Position sensor, and then due to the code-12 I checked the MAP sensor, and it failed. So I called my local Ford dealership to see if I could locate Thermactor system parts for my 95' E-250 and discovered that a number of the valves etc.. were discontinued in 05' for this system. So I replaced the sensors that were faulty, and consigned my self to the fact that I may have to haunt the local junk yards for the other parts. I cleared the codes on the computer, and guess what ? Apparently the the Thermactor problem was related to one of the sensors I replaced because she purrrs like a kitten, and no more Codes have popped up ! SWEET !!!

That's good to hear. What you saw with this problem is common, often several codes will get set but there is really only 1 problem. The trick is identifying the source of the real problem.
