Transmission is gone!
Guys, I let a friend borrow my 99 F550 7.3 2wd tk today and its trans line was leaking..he drove it without fluid until the at trans actually locked up so tight the engine stalled..What causes one to stall like this?..I actually got it started and made it 50ft until it went totally out or felt like it went into neutral. Now it starts fine and is full of fluid but will not pull at all.
If I am going to need a trans, what will fit this tk? kinda like to find a deal since Im in a jam..
