Hey All
Just purchased a 1966 F100 Custom Cab.
It in pretty good shape overall but someone put a different style bench seat in. I would like to return it to somewhat stock form.
How far can you go up to in years for a direct bolt in with not to much hassle? A gentleman has one from a 86 f150 will it work?
Thanks this is the best site for f100s there is.
That '86 seat should work. I think. Probably.
Newer seats bolt into our trucks if you swap the tracks around from the stock ones. I'm just not sure on the year range. Some of the newer seats have a handy center armrest that flips down, and the seats are contoured a bit as well. The stock bench is pretty much just a padded bench.
