I have a 87 F-350 Cube van.
Does anyone know if the whole front clip comes off like they do on a pickup?
The 350 is the same as the 150.
I bought a parts van as mine has some rust issues.
Id like to just change the whole frontend?
Thanks
I've taken the fenders off and they are just bolt on. (84 model) I can't remember how many bolts hold them on. Under the fenders I think everything is all welded together on the whole cab. I also think there are some slight differences on a cutaway as to a van at where they bolt up to the cube box.
So if I understand right the whole front clip WONT come off ?
The fenders come off but the rest is a welded piece?
I tryed to get a front fender off a GM motorhome and it was welded on, thats why Im asking.
Fenders grill gaurd under grill and headlights come off the doors comes off. The cross bar by the top of the radiator comes off. Everything under them is all welded together.
An '87 should be built Body on Frame. In the factory a rolling chassis/frame has the body dropped in place on it & bolted down. How the "Cube van" folks or others might have modified it over the 20+ years since
