Last time I checked in 2005, you could still get Charcoal Grey (blackish) ones from Ford.
This is because our trucks share interior parts with the 1980-1999 F-600-F-900s.
Door Panels were still avaliable in Grey also.
But things can change in Four years.
And they were pricey. I remember $599 being mentioned.

New dash pads are NOT available anywhere except for the dark gray like someone already mentioned from the dealer.
Nobody else is making reproduction dash pads for these trucks yet. Your only choice is a plastic "coverlay" or a carpeted "topper". Neither is a good choice IMO, but they are better than nothing.
Good unmolested dash pads are very hard to find in the junk yards. They usually have cracks, splits, or holes in them. Especially in the center speaker area and around the defroster screws.
Every time I visit the yards, I immediately go to the newest trucks that just came in and check the dash pad. I carry a 6 way screw driver with me at all times. There are only about 10 phillips screws that hold them on and sometimes you don't see the imperfections until you pull them off. I've also paid for a few and after getting them home and cleaning them real good, I've noticed hairline cracks in them that are barely visible but they are there none the less. I have a couple of those in my storage shed.
So far, I've only found about 5-6 that were mint or very nice in over 2+ years worth of searching and going through hundreds of F-Series trucks and Broncos.
I have one of them in my truck, I'm keeping another as a spare and I've sold most of the rest to other members on another board that I subscribe to. I have a couple left, and I know where there are a couple more dark gray, blue, green and saddle tan.
This isn't the classifieds, so I'm not going to discuss selling them here. I will tell you that a real nice one usually goes for around $150 on ebay.
