I am not having a speed problem at all. Even the Direct TV site is not as fast as FTE.

With regards to the e-mail notifications... the IB servers got hit over the weekend by a spam/spider strike on the weekend which has delayed e-mail notifications (and the whole site speed too!).
The tech guys are currently working on it, and it should be running at full steam tomorrow.

To be honest... I couldn't tell you exactly.
There are probably half a dozen times off the top of my head that I am aware of, no doubt there are many other times where site performance isn't deteriorated enough for myself or any other user to notice - so the tech guys don't inform me.
