I have a 67 F100 with a 300 and a 4 speed.
The project is a 99 Super Duty F250 that's going to be a diesel street racer swap. Those that know diesels may have heard of a DT466, if not it's freakishly huge for a pickup. It weighs 1400 pounds, and is almost 4 feet long & about 3.5 feet tall.
1. 2001 F150 Supercrew. Green, stock, and nothing fancy, but it is my daily driver.
2. 1992 F53 (Bounder Motorhome). It needs three new batteries and I should probably drain the fuel and refill to avoid fouling the fuel injection with shellac. It has been sitting for awhile. Have you given any thought as to how much it costs to fill up a 75 gallon fuel tank and plan on 10 miles/gallon?
3. My son's '73 Highboy. This one is going to take some work and I'm thinking that it is his job. It has a fresh engine rebuild, but needs all new U-joints and a bunch of other running gear stuff. I'm thinking that he needs to tow it back to Iowa and spend some quality time with a wrench and some fluids.
When I get a new USB cable for my camera, I'll add some photos.
Hey Mike- I bought the Falcon specific tailshaft housing for the toploader in Oakdale about 15 years ago. Car was originally a 260 V8 with a 2 speed auto. Now it has a 289 + Mickey Thompson 5 Bolt Cast Steel Scattershield + Toploader + 9 Inch from a HiPo Mustang.
It's lonely though. It spent the winter in my parents' garage... Has to sit next to the 2000 Jag, but at least it is indoors.
It's not lucky enough to chill with Dad's cars in the shop! He paid $250 for the Woody and I think about a thousand for the '10 T.
in process of a newer re-built 390, power brakes, steering. also in process of doing own body work. will primer myself then have paint shop paint the entire truck properly.
1985 Ranger 4x4. 2.3 liter Lima engine, 5 speed manual trans. 3,73 limited slip gears. Haven/t been able to do much to it, but once the financial situation improves, things will come together for the truck.
