I have a 78 f350, when the brakes are applied, the pedal don't return back all the way up, how and what can I do to fix this??
There is no brake pedal return spring.
There are two nylon bushings on the brake pedal shaft, where it attaches under the dash. These bushings prolly are worn/ground down to nothing/missing by now.
If a manual transmission, there are twomore on the clutch pedal.
These bushing are available from Ford.
