another tire question

i have an 03 f150 4x4 super crew cab. the current tires are 235 and the rims are 16x7. is there any way i can fit 35's with only a 3 inch body lift or is the biggest i can fit 33's? the reason i am asking is people at 2 different tire places have told me thats 33's are the biggest i can fit with the lift but i have other individuals tell me that i can clear 33;s with no lift and 35;s with only a 2 inch body lift. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

33s will fit might scrub the frame if not close. If you decide on 35s get wheels that have a deeper basket so you can still clear the frame when turning along with the 3 inch body lift.
