Well it's pretty easy.
First setup a account at Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket , Upload your pictures to the album you named, lets say truck pictures. Once your done with that. Look at your album for the pic you want and at the bottom of the picture it has few lines of how you can let people look at them. i.e email, direct link, html or image code. Click on Image code it should copy the link automaticly depending on Windows version, if not just copy it. Then just paste it in your post. Thats how simple it is.
